LIST OF SHOTS THAT I WILL USE FOR FILMING MY TRAILER
For the 1st part of my trailer (it is set in the basement at night and Jessica goes to touch the mirror but is pushed back by a unseen force) I will use: a long shot to show Jessica going down to the basement and inside the basement. As she is walking up to the mirror, I will use a extreme close up of the mirror and when Jessica is pushed down, I will use a medium shot to show her falling to the floor.
For the 2nd part of my trailer (it is set in the hallway, it is daytime) I will use: an establishing shot to show where this part of my trailer is taking place and I will use a medium close up of Jessica screaming, with her hands over her ears. Then when it cuts to where Alice goes to the basement and touches the mirror, I will use a long shot again. When she sees Ann in the mirror, it will cut to her face and I will use a extreme close up and when she is running away from the mirror I will use a medium long shot.
For the 3rd part of my trailer (it is set in a doctors office-daytime & Ryan and the Doctor are having a conversation about Jessica, while she is sitting outside) I will use: a establishing shot to show where this scene is taking place, then I will use a medium close up of Jessica, I will use the over-the-shoulder shots for the conversation between the Doctor and Ryan.
For the 4th part of my trailer (it is in the house-late afternoon, Alice is screaming and trying to get away from being dragged into the mirror by Ann. Ann leaves a trail of bloody footprints leading backwards to the mirror in Alice's room) I will use: a long shot to show Alice being dragged backwards, I will use a close up shot to show Ann's bloody footprints on the floor.
For the 5th part of my trailer (it is set inside the house- it is morning, Jessica is introducing Ryan to her sister Elise who is a spirit summoner (as a voice over) and Ryan is questioning Jessica if what they are about to do is the right thing to do) I will use a over-the-shoulder shot of the conversation between the two of them and when Jessica is crying, I will use a close up shot to show her facial expression.
For the 6th part of my trailer (it is set in the house, it is nighttime and Jessica, Elise and Ryan are sitting in Alice's room in a circle, in front of the mirror and make contact with Ann's mother, Harriet and they have an argument with her about whether Alice can be saved. Then it cuts to Jessica being surrounded by ghost children) I will use a medium long shot to show them sitting in a circle, I will use a medium shot to show Harriet appearing to them from the mirror, I will use a extreme close up of Harriet's face to show her scared and angry facial expression, I will use a medium shot to show Harriet shouting at all three of them. When it cuts to Jessica, who is inside the mirror surrounded by ghost children (who were victims of Ann) I will use a high angle shot to show Jessica being surrounded, then I will use a close up of her shouting and crying.
For the Final part of my trailer ( it is set in the basement at nighttime) I will use an extreme close up of Ann smirking devilishly.
